Heath Information & Updates

Dear friends,

As we celebrate our feast day and honor 40 years as a Parish Community, I am reminded that not every anniversary is marked with celebration. But, God is with us! St. Patrick’s life was marked by hard times and challenges as well. Through it all, with the same spirit of St. Patrick, we are Christian Disciples in Mission.

We are continuing to meet as staff, pray together, and surface ways we will continue to live out our mission during these challenging times. We will continue to update you regularly and share with you ways we can still be community, even from a safe social distance.

In alignment with the guidance of the Diocese of Phoenix, the CDC, and the Arizona Health office, we have canceled all public programs, ministry meetings, formation events, and liturgies until further notice.

We are working out some way to bring liturgy to you! Please make sure you are following us on Facebook and that you have subscribed to our podcasts. You can find information on how to do both of these through our website.

Our theme this year has challenged us to be “Grounded in Prayer and Mission.” I encourage you to live this out, in your homes and in your families. Create sacred space. Pray together. Serve together. We are here to help you along the way.

We can use St. Patrick’s own words and remember that Christ is always with us.

Christ with me,
Christ before me,
Christ behind me, Christ in me,
Christ beneath me, Christ above me,
Christ on my right, Christ on my left,
Christ when I lie down, Christ when I sit down, Christ when I arise,
Christ in the heart of every man who thinks of me,
Christ in the mouth of everyone who speaks of me,
Christ in every eye that sees me, Christ in every ear that hears me.

Peace in Christ,

Fr. Eric Tellez,
Pastor, St. Patrick Catholic Community
