The Beauty of Encounter

As Christian Disciples in Mission, we believe that our response to those experiencing homelessness is an important part of the Gospel message. Jesus offered hope, peace, and joy to those he encountered, and so too we bring and outstretched hand to those in need. The “Bags of Compassion” project is simple: offer a bag of basic supplies to a brother or sister in our community experiencing homelessness in a one-on-one encounter.
